Rather lazy these few days :D

Spent last Friday night at Ya's house barbequing!
Bf, bear & monkey were there :]
and it was really fun!
Didn't see them for a long, long time,
talked a lot & ate a lot. XD

Today's the last day of 2008!
Don't know if time passed too fast or too slow.. LOL.
Will be taking our O's results very soon,
and I don't really feel worried.
I think I will be when the day arrive -_-

The story focus primarily on a recently orphaned girl named Honda Tohru. Due to unforeseen circumstances, she set up & lived in a tent near Sohma Shigure's house. After several incidents, Tohru started to live in the Sohma's house, with a pair of squabbling cousins, Yuki and Kyo, and their guardian, Shigure.



Because of a curse, twelve of the Sohma family members are possessed by spirits of the twelve zodiacs. However, Kyo is possessed by the cat, the outcast member of the zodiacs. When either of the thirteen possessed are hugged by someone from the opposide gender, they'll transform into the animal itself. Hence, they all maintain an unapproachable facade in order to keep people at a distance, to keep themselves or anyone else from getting hurt. The main 'antagonist' in Fruits Basket is Sohma Akito, the head of the Sohma clan.



Through the process of interacting with the Sohma family, she helped open them up and break down their masks. As the series goes on, Yuki & Kyo became very protective of Tohru, along with her two best friends Hanajima & Arisa. Despite trying to act unconcerned, Yuki & Kyo tried -- in their own ways -- to protect Tohru from Akito's schemes.

For starters, I have absolutely no experience in working.
And I'm not exactly familiarise with the shop,
so of course I made a lot of mistakes.
Obviously I'll try not to make them again.
But the boss is rather strict,
feel quite stressed out being reminded constantly...

Saw Mr. Tan while working today!
Waifoon & Gwen was there too,
plus Zhiqing, Shimin, Rachel & friends.
They all came separately,
was super surprised & happy to see them all :D

Must go continue watching my anime..

The entire Bleach set cost only S$15?!?!!
If the quality is okay, I'm so buying them.

Current anime: Special A

Hikari Hanazono has always been second to Kei Takishima. When they were six years old, their pro-wrestling loving fathers introduced them to each other. Assuming that she was the best in wrestling, young Hikari challenged Kei to a wrestling match only to be thoroughly defeated by him. Ever since that fateful incident, Hikari swore to beat Kei in school grades, sporting events - anything. To do this, she has enrolled in the same school as Kei since elementary.

Now she attends Hakusenkan, an ultra elite school, that costs her carpenter father a lot of money. Hakusenkan (or Private Hakusen Academy) is the best school in the prefecture. The classes are separated into A-F based on grades. The A class is only open for the top students in each grade. The top seven within the A class, from first year to third year, are known as the Special A or SA class (hence the title).

The members of SA are highly respected. The SA class has its own building, dubbed "The School's Paradise" and attending class is optional. They also have a kitchen, where Akira makes her afternoon tea. Their uniform is also different from the standard uniform. The members of the SA have been close friends since elementary school.

Hikari and Kei are the top two students in the school, with Kei holding firmly to that number one position. While Hikari considers Kei to be a rival and an important friend, she is completely unaware that Kei loves her.

Anyway, Yawen didn't come over today in the end.
Since Bran can't make it either,
so changed the date to another time.
Going out to walk around new JP again tomorrow,
have to pass kel her birthday present from last year ._.

Jh's Harry Potter book, Tc's Twilight book,
Yx's SoulEater comics, Bf's Inuyasha CDs.
Aim: Return all by this week... o.O

Current anime that I'm watching: Shounen Onmyouji

The series, set in the Heian Era. Abe no Masahiro is the grandson of the great onmyouji, Abe no Seimei. Seimei, who passed his teachings on to his grandson, Masahiro, has the sixth sense and the ability to see spirits. Seimei sealed Masahiro's sixth sense in order to protect him from ayakashis seeking to kill him. Masahiro constantly feels resentful for being in his grandfather's shadow. He regained his sixth sense during a fight with an demon.

One day, Masahiro meets a fox-like creature which he names (もっくん, Mokkun) who shows him his true potential powers after fighting a demon. Mokkun is actually Touda (騰蛇),, who prefers to be called Guren. He is one of the twelve shikigami called the Shinshou (神将,), who has pledged his loyalty to Seimei, and is helping Masahiro surpass his grandfather.

Masahiro's dream to surpass his grandfather may not be realised easily as not only does he have to convince the other Shinshou that he is Seimei's true successor, he must also increase his power in order to stop demons coming from China, the other parts of Japan and the Underworld as well as rival onmyouji's who want to destroy Japan. He also has to keep his promise to protect Princess Akiko of the Fujiwara clan.

beijing was really fun,
minus the freezing temperature & strong winds.
i wore thermal wears inside,
plus jeans and a turtleneck sweater.
a normal pair of socks and thick woolly ones.
then a down-feather jacket outside.
a wool scarf for covering the face,
and a wool hat for my ears o.O
i felt like a dumpling.

even though i was wearing all that,
it was still freezing -.o
i take back what i said about liking winter c.c
i prefer Singapore's warm warm weather.. XD
